You may now apply to USJ online. Before starting this online application process, you should be prepared to provide the following:

We'll need general contact information about the family and student, including the student's Social Security number, birth date, history of attendance at other schools, honors the student has received, and special interests.

As part of the application process, students entering grades 9-12 will be asked to submit a personal statement of up to 250 words that introduces the student to us as an individual. (Students who want to take more time with the personal statement and mail it in with the $50 application fee may do so. Please tell us that in the personal statement box when you come to it in the online application.)
