Director of Development

University School of Jackson, NAIS-member college preparatory school located in West Tennessee, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Director of Development.  Applicants should have a traditional degree from a recognized college or university and have three years of development experience, preferably in an independent school. 

Key responsibilities include leading all fundraising activities, including Annual Fund, major giving, grant proposal writing, coordination of publications and preparation of fundraising materials, and oversight of the processing of all gifts, providing receipts, and maintaining records of donors. Proficiency with technology and knowledge of development software are essential.
