Christie Golden
Upper School Math and Science
Christie Golden, who is in her 10th year at USJ, teaches Algebra II and Anatomy & Physiology.
Mrs. Golden also is the Upper School Boys and Girls Cross Country coach and Upper School Girls Assistant Basketball coach.
She has a bachelor of science in mathematics from Union University, a bachelor of science in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee at Memphis, and a masters in education from Union University. She also has her Athletic Training Certification through NATA.
Christie and her husband, Scott, have two children: Ela is three and Kipi is one.
Outstanding Teacher
Christie Golden was inducted into National Honor Roll’s Outstanding American Teachers. The program provides positive recognition to educators, who have been identified by their students as having had a great influence on their lives.
