Dr. Tammy Grant

Middle and Upper School music

Dr. Tammy Grant teaches middle school chorus and AP Music Theory.

Dr. Grant, who has been a teacher for 19 years, has been at USJ for the last ten years.

She has a bachelor's degree in music education from the University of Southern Mississippi, a masters in music education from Northeast Louisiana University, and a doctorate in music from Memphis State University.

Dr. Grant serves as the head of USJ’s Music Department. She is responsible for the production of USJ's musicals.

She and her husband, Tom, who teaches band at USJ, have two children at USJ, Samuel and Michael.
