Regina Sills

Second Grade

Regina Sills has been teaching in USJ's Lower School for 16 years.  She has a B.S. in elementary education from UT Martin. 

"My teaching philosophy," she says, "is to teach to the child.  Every child learns differently and at a different pace. You need to learn your students and teach to the individual."

In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and going to the movies. 

She and her husband, Eric, have three children who attend USJ. Adam is in 7th grade, Madison is in 4th grade, and Jackson is in JrK.
 
"USJ is the best place on earth to work," Mrs. Sills says. "We have the best faculty and the best parents. I love how involved the parents are in their child's education.
