2008 Cubs Back-to-School Information

Cubs Supply List

EVERYONE BRINGS THESE ITEMS IN AUGUST

1  1/2 inch white 3-ring binder with plastic clear front
1 plastic pocket folder (red for girls/blue for boys) (Do not label)
1 plastic pocket folder (solid color) label
2 packs of multi color construction paper (9 x 12 size)
1 2-inch resting mat with cover (label – NO sleeping bags)
1 beach towel (regular size) or small blanket (label)
1 backpack (label) – large enough to hold a lunch box, Friday folder, mat cover and blanket, and personal items

1 complete seasonal change of clothes (shirt, pants/shorts, underwear, socks) in a Ziploc bag *** Does not have to be an extra uniform, just similar colors***


Boys will bring the following items in August (1st semester):

1 box two gallon-sized ziploc bags (any brand)
1 box gallon-sized ziploc bags (any brand)
1 box quart size ziploc bags (any brand)
1 disposable camera (Kodak or Fuji)
1 large box of Kleenex
2 boxes of 8 regular Crayola crayon – classic color
1 8-pack classic color washable markers (broad tip)
2 8-pack tropical or pastel washable markers (broad tip)
6 glue sticks (Elmer’s)
1 pump bottle of waterless anti-bacterial hand sanitizer
1 set of watercolors (set with brush)
1 4-pack of Play-Doh (any color)
1 box of Wet Wipes
1 box of Wet Wipe refills
4 containers of antibacterial Wet Wipes
3 liquid antibacterial soaps with pump

Girls will bring the above items in January (2nd semester)

Other Back to School Notes:

• All students are asked to bring a $10 Art fee for the Art Department. Check (to USJ) or cash.
• All students are asked to bring a $5 check made out to Scholastic for the Scholastic Reader.
• Please bring a wallet-size photo of your child to Parent Orientation.  It will be used on bulletin board displays throughout the school year.
