Cubs Supply List

Everyone bring these items LABELED

1  1 1/2 inch white 3-ring binder with plastic clear front
1 (42x18 ½) 2-inch resting mat
1 mat cover and blanket
1 backpack – large enough to hold a lunch box, Friday folder, mat cover, blanket, and personal items
1 complete seasonal change of clothes (shirt, pants/shorts, underwear, socks) in a Ziploc bag *** Does not have to be an extra uniform, just similar colors***

Everyone bring these items NOT LABELED in August (1st semester)
1 pack of multi color construction paper (9x12)
1 plastic pocket folder (red for girls/blue for boys
1 plastic pocket folder (solid color)
1 box two gallon-sized ziploc bags (any brand)
1 box gallon-sized ziploc bags (any brand)
1 box snack-sized Ziploc bags (any brand)
1 large box of Kleenex
2 sets of Crayola water colors
1 boxes of 16 regular Crayola crayon – classic color
1 8-pack classic color washable markers (broad tip)
1 8-pack tropical or pastel washable markers (broad tip)
10 glue sticks (Elmer’s)
1 pump bottle of waterless anti-bacterial hand sanitizer
1 4-pack of Play-Doh (any color)
1 boxes of Wet Wipes for hands and face
2 boxes of Wet Wipe refills
2 containers of antibacterial wipes (Clorox of Lysol)
1 liquid antibacterial soaps with pump
1 wide roll of blue painter’s tape (Scotch brand if possible)
1 roll of paper towels
1 box of flushable wipes

We may need to ask for certain supplies throughout the school year. Your classroom teacher will alert you to any shortages

Other Back to School Notes:

• All students are asked to bring a $15 check to USJ for an art fee for the Art Department. No cash, please.
