Supply List

2  box Kleenex
2  containers of Wet Wipes
6  containers of Clorox Wipes
1  box of  gallon ziplocs
2  rolls of paper towels
1  bottle of hand sanitizer
3  1” binders of choice
3 pencil bags with rings to fit inside binders
6 pkgs of wide-ruled notebook paper (No college-ruled paper allowed)
12 #2 pencils (mechanical or regular)
6  red checking pens
3  highlighters (any color)
1  box of 12 Crayola colored pencils
2  Elmer's Glue sticks (All purpose)
6  subject dividers
1  box of Band-aids
4  chisel tip Expo brand dry-erase markers   (red, black, blue, green only)
3 hand-held pencil sharpeners with shavings cover
2 pkgs. quarter-inch graph paper
1 eraser for dry erase board

** Please be sure backpacks will fit the dimensions of the lockers 14.5"x10.5"

Other Back to School Notes:
• Bring your Intermediate Thorndike Barnhart Dictionary that you used in fourth grade.  Make certain your name is in the dictionary

•Specific colored folders and your agenda book will be purchased from your teacher the first day of school.

• All students are asked to bring a $15 Art fee for the Art Department. Check (to USJ) or cash.

Other important information:
• Students who bring their lunch should use collapsable lunch bags that will easily fit in the lockers.
• Backpacks should be flexible and must fit in the locker.
• No mirrors or other locker equipment allowed.
• Nothing is to be glued, taped, or stuck to lockers.
• No large, multi-subject zippered binders.
