Supply List

1 large eraser
1 set markers
1 set colored pencils
girls-  1 box wet wipes
boys- 1 box Clorox Wipes
1  pair scissors
2 boxes Ziploc bags ( 1 gal. And 1 quart)
1 pump Purell hand sanitizer
2  rolls paper towels
4 packages notebook paper (not college ruled)
2 boxes tissues
2 glue sticks
1 bottle Elmer’s gel school glue
2 packs disposable mechanical pencils
4 red marking pens
2 Sharpie black Ultra Fine Point markers
2 highlighters
1 8 X 5 plastic school box
1 zipper pencil bag
1 package 5-tab dividers for binder
1 1 1/2“  three- ring binder
1 2”  three-ring binder
1 package gold ¾” paper fasteners
2 pkgs. multi color construction paper (9 x 12 size)
1 old art shirt- label
1 Webster’s New World Dictionary (same one used in third grade)

Purchase from school:

Agenda book.
Folders with pockets & brads:
1 purple.
1 red
1 orange
1 blue
5 white
1 yellow
Folders with pockets only: 1 blue plastic

** Please be sure backpacks will fit the dimensions of the lockers 14.5" x 10.5"

Other Back to School Notes:
• No trapper keepers or binders
• Label everything, using a permanent marker, with child’s name.
• All students are asked to bring a $10 Art fee for the Art Department. Check (to USJ) or cash.
