Junior Cubs Supply List

EVERY STUDENT BRINGS THESE ITEMS IN AUGUST

1 plastic pocket folder (solid color) label with name
1 pack of multi color construction paper (9x12 size)
1 2-inch resting mat with cover (label-No sleeping bags)
1 small blanket
1 small pillow with cover (crib size)
1 backpack (label)- large enough to hold lunch box, and diapers
2 complete seasonal changes of clothes (shirt, pants/shorts, and socks) Please label and put in zip lock. Does not have to be an extra uniform, just similar colors.
1 plastic shoe box (13”x7 ¾”x 4” high)
DIAPERS to be brought in weekly

Boys will bring the following items in August (1st semester):

1 box two gallon-sized ziplock bags (any brand)
1 box gallon-sized ziplock bags (any brand)
2 boxes quart size ziplock bags (any brand)
1 box of Kleenex
2 boxes of chunky large crayons
4 glue sticks
1 pump bottle of waterless anti-bacterial hand sanitizer
1 4-pack of PLAY-DOH (this brand any color)
6 boxes of wet wipes
8 boxes of wet wipe refills
6 containers of antibacterial soap
5 containers of antibacterial wet wipes
3 boxes of watercolor paint
1 roll of blue painters tape (Scotch brand)

Girls will bring the above items in January (2nd semester)

• All students are asked to bring a $15 check to USJ for an art fee for the Art Department. No cash, please.
