NetClassroom offers parents and students online access to academic information, including grades, attendance, conduct, assignments, and report cards.

Logging Into NetClassroom
Using a Web browser on any computer, click on the NetClassroom logo at right. Enter your online user ID and password given to you by USJ. (For security reasons, you should NOT share this information with anyone.) (Use Internet Explorer or Netscape on a PC and Firefox on a Mac as your browser. If you have misplaced your password or have questions, email netclassroom@usjbruins.org.

To edit your online password, click Change Password, under Administration, on the navigation bar. Your password can be a maximum of 20 characters and is not case-sensitive. Select a password that others cannot easily guess.

NetClassroom Ensures Each Family’s Privacy
Parents: With your unique NetClassroom user ID and password, you can view academic records for your children). Other users cannot access your family’s information.
Students: With your unique NetClassroom user ID and password, you can view your own academic records. Other students, including your siblings, cannot access your information.

• NetClassroom Helps Keep You Informed
NetClassroom gives you easy access to schedules, course grades, assignments, assignment grades, attendance, conduct, and report cards.

• Keep track of progress
On the navigation bar, move your mouse over Student, and then slide down to Grades. To open the Grades-Assignment page, click on a marking column grade.

On the Grades-Assignments page, you can view a running marking column average and running category averages for a marking column and class. The Percent of Grade column displays the percentage of the grade each category is worth (such as 60% Tests, 20% Quizzes, an 20% homework).

• Verify the dates and details of homework assignments, quizzes, and tests
To open the Assignments page, click Assignments, under Student, on the navigation bar. On this page, you can view assignment dates and descriptions by day, week, or month. You can also select to view information for a specific class (such as Algebra I) or category (such as Tests). To open the Grades-Assignments page, select a class in the Grades for field and click Go.

• View conduct records
To open the Conduct page, click Conduct, under Students, on the navigation bar. On this page, you can view the date, infraction, consequence and the status of the consequence.

• Review report cards
To view the most recent report card, click Report Card, under Student, on the navigation bar.

Change your address online
To open the Change Primary Address page, click Change Address, under Administration, on the navigation bar. On the Change Primary Address page, you can update your address in our records.

When can I use NetClassroom?
You can log into NetClassroom between 6 a.m. and 2 a.m. every day, including Saturday and Sunday.
