Second Grade Supply List

Please label these items:
1    package of red checking pencils (please sharpen)
1    box colored pencils   
1    box 16 count crayons (regular colors) NO LARGER PLEASE   
1    pair Fiskars scissors
1    box regular Crayola markers (washable, no fluorescent or "hot" colors)
1    box thin Crayols markers (washable, basic colors)
1    ruler (wooden, centimeter and inch)
2    large erasers
2    yellow highlighters
1    red ink pen   
1    school box (dimensions 8"x 4 1/2")
1    zippered pencil bag

Please do no label these items:
24    regular #2 pencils (please sharpen) NO MECHANICAL
8    glue sticks
3    containers of wet wipes (rectangular box; no pop ups)
1    box of 2 gallon ziploc bags (any brand)
2    boxes of large ziploc bags (any brand)
1    box small ziploc bags (any brand)
2    boxes Kleenex   
1    pack cap erasers
1    bottle Elmer's white glue (4oz)
4    containers of Clorox brand wipes
1    roll paper towels (any brand)
1    bottle hand sanitizer
1    1/2" white 3 ring binder
1     package of wide ruled tablet paper

Please be sure backpacks will fit the dimensions of the lockers 14 1/2 by 10 1/2. If your backpack has wheels, make sure to include them in your measurement.

Other Back to School Notes:

• Writing tablets, folders, and an agenda book will be available the first day of school from your child’s teacher. 

•Please be sure your child has his/her summer reading books in class on the first day of school: Miss Nelson is Missing; Frog and Toad are Friends; Alexander and The Terrible, Horrible, No Good Very Bad Day.

• All students are asked to bring a $15 check to USJ for an art fee for the Art Department. No cash, please.
