Girls capture 2011 Regional Title
The 2011 Middle School girls' soccer team won the Regional Championship by beating St. Mary’s 2-0 in the final. The girls finished the year 15-3.
A successful 2010 season for Middle School girls!
Congratulations to the girl's soccer team for winning the West TN District Tournament. The girls beat St. Mary's 3-0 in the semi finals and JCS 2-0 in the championship game. Neely Atkins and Addison Dunn made the two goals in the championship game. Lauren Pitcairn had an assist and Mary Alex Richards had two saves. The girls finished the season 16-0-2. MS Girls Soccer 2009 Season
USJ took 3rd place in the inaugural West Tennessee Middle School Girls Tournament. USJ finished the regular season at 9-0 without allowing a goal. In the tournament's semi final, JCS defeated USJ in a PK shootout after the game ended in a 1-1 tie. The loss placed the Lady Bruins in the Consolation Bracket of the tournament. USJ defeated Paris in the final game 3-1. The team took 3rd place among 12 teams and only allowed one goal in the entire season. Madison Perchik, Sarah Pierce, and Shelby Williams were selected to the All Conference team at the conclusion of the tournament. The team was coached by Nathan McBeth, a former player of Lambuth University.
The team included Lauren Pitcairn, Baylee Hill, Neeley Atkins, Shelby Williams, Jessi Smith, Mary Alex Richards, Emily Mitchell, Emily Sanderson, Kaitlyn Ross, Madison Perchik, Sarah Pierce, Mary Tate Bullion, Susanna Camp, Katie Lambert, Rachel Giampapa, Addison Dunn, Claire Chandler, Sara Glassman, Abby Atkins, Maddie Studtmann, Nour Nabhon, and Summer Basham.
MS 2009 Boys Soccer
The Middle School Boys' Soccer team won the 2009 District Championship, defeating Lexington, 1-0. Ben Ibach scored the winning goal. This is the second year in a row the boys team won the District Championship. The Middle School boys soccer team is coached by Kyle Smith.
