Fine Arts Guild

Patrons of the Arts

All parents, grandparents, and other interested parties are invited and encouraged to join and participate in the Fine Arts Guild.

The Fine Arts Guild supports USJ’s visual and performing arts. A steering committee administers the operational affairs of the Guild and assists the Fine Arts Department, both in financial resources and in volunteer support.

Our main financial support is through families who become Patrons of the Arts and our Fine Arts Guild Partners.

Our funds help pay for theater productions and other fine arts events, provide scholarships for summer enrichment, buy supplies and equipment, advertise our productions and fine arts achievements, and fund a part-time faculty position.

The Fine Arts Guild meets every second Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in the Middle School conference room.

Corporate and Legacy Sponsors Procedure for Reserved Seating for Fine Arts Productions

To reserve your seats for any production, please contact Amy Koerner by text or cell, 267-0333, before noon on the day before the performance that you have chosen.

There are 4 Middle/Upper School productions each year and each production has many performances.  You are allowed to use your allotted tickets/reserved seats to any performance or performances that you choose.

(Example: If you are a Platinum sponsor, you have 10 tickets, which entitle you to 10 reserved seats. You can use all of your reserved seats at the 7 p.m. performance, for example, or you can use five seats for the 7 p.m. performance one night, three seats for the 7 p.m. performance the next night, and two seats for the Sunday matinee.)

The Lower School has several productions. and they are usually only one night. You still must call by noon the day before the production in order to reserve your seats.

Patrons will not be given reserved seating to the Middle/Upper School productions. Due to the number of reserved seats, we ask that you please adhere to the policy of reserved seating.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact any Guild member.

Thanks Fine Arts Guild

The Fine Arts Guild provided funds for the purchase of a Harrisville Floor Loom for art students in grades 2-5. Using the loom, below, is Charlie Darnell.
