Lower School Student Organizations
Accelerated Reader Point Clubs
All students in first through fifth grades participate in the Accelerated Reader Program. Its goal is to build a lifelong love of reading and learning in students.
Students who reach certain goals are rewarded. Second grade students who earn 25 points or more will become members of the “25-Point Club,” third grade students who earn 50 points or more will become members of the “50-Point Club,” and any second through fifth grade students who earn 100 points or more will become members of the “100-Point Club.” Each quarter those students will be treated by Debbie Ford, Lower School director, and Stacey Glover, Lower School librarian, with a trip to a movie.
