Tuesday, March 20, 5-8 pm
Volunteers working 15 hours or more, which includes one sorting shift: 5 pm
Volunteers working 12 hours or more, which includes one sorting shift: 5:30 pm
Volunteers working 9 hours or more, which includes one sorting shift: 6 pm
Volunteers working 6 hours or more and ALL USJ staff: 6:30 pm
Volunteers working up to 6 hours and USJ staff guests: 7:00 pm

Contributor Sale
Thursday, March 22, 5-8 pm
Consignors shop plus 1 guest (please remember no children due to space and safety concerns)
Consignors only: 5-6 pm
Guests with pass: 6-8 pm
 

Volunteers' Half Price Sale
Saturday, March 24: 1-2 pm (Half price sale starts at 2 pm)
All volunteers working at least 1 sorting shift will be allowed to shop 1 HOUR prior to public half price which begins at 2 pm
Sunday, March 25, 4-5 pm (Half price sale ends at 4 pm)
Any volunteer working a sorting shift may shop 1 HOUR after the sale is over and ANY donate item will be sold for $1.00. Cash ONLY
 
Consignor Drop Off (by appointment)
Please make sure you sign-up for your designated drop off time. Go to www.weeexchangesale.com to sign up for your DROP-OFF shift.

You will be responsible for placing your own items during ALL drop-off times. Please know that volunteers will be available in all areas of the gym to assist you in placing your items and to ensure your items are placed in the correct areas during all Receiving times!!!

**During drop-off times, if needed, assistance will be available for HEAVY items on Monday, xxxx, from 9:30-11:30 am.

NOTE: All consignors will be checked in at their assigned receiving time. We will be glad to take your items any time during our receiving dates; however, those consignors showing up for their designated times will be given first priority. Unscheduled drop-offs will have their own check in point and will be worked in after scheduled consignors.
 
Consignor Pick Up
Tuesday, March 27, 4-7 pm
(Warning: There is only one Pick Up time for unsold merchandise.  NO EXCEPTIONS)
All consignor checks not picked up Tuesday will be mailed out Wednesday, TBA.
