Birthday Cut-off

As required by state law, students entering kindergarten during the 2024-2025 school year shall be no less than five (5) years of age on or before August 15, 2024. 

USJ has adopted the following birthdate cutoffs for our early childhood program for the 2024-2025 school year:

  • A child entering Kindergarten shall be no less than 5 years of age on or before August 15, 2024.
  • A child entering Jr. Kindergarten shall be no less than 4 years of age on or before August 15, 2024.
  • A child entering Cubs shall be no less than 3 years of age on or before August 15, 2024. 
  • A child entering Jr. Cubs shall be no less than 2 years of age on or before August 15, 2024.
